biography
Chiara Angarini graduated in Law from the La Sapienza, University of Rome on 7 November 2011, with a score of 108/110 and with a thesis on Administrative Law, entitled "Monetary Fines in the insurance sector", under supervision of supervisor Professor G. Morbidelli.
She has been a Civil and Commercial Mediator since 2012.
She has been admitted to practice law since 29 October 2014. She was admitted to the Rome Bar Association on 19 May 2016 and has practiced since then.
She attended the course "Public contracts: substantive law and procedural issues", organized by the Italian Society of Administrative Lawyers in cooperation with the Free International University of Social Studies - Luiss Guido Carli.
She participated in a specialized training program of insurance law composed of a series of seminars organized by the Legal Advice Institute for the Supervision of Insurance (Istituto per la vigilanza sulle assicurazioni or Ivass).
As a lawyer she did an internship at the Legal Department of the Sara Insurance (Sara Assicurazioni Spa).
She has been working with "Albina Candian & Partners" at the headquarters in Rome since April 2014.
In particular, she focuses her practice on administrative law issues, mainly concerning contracts and relations with Independent Administrative Authorities, working both in and out of court, but she also focuses her practice in the area of issues relating to access to administrative documents, procedures against the silence of Public Administration or P.A., appeal in compliance, building trade and urban planning, open competitions and supplementary healthcare.
In the insurance business, Chiara Angarini carries out both extrajudicial and judicial activities in relation to the acts of the Supervisory Authority, as well as she deals with civil matters.
